Throughout my career I have worked as a Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, an HR Consultant and a Headhunter.  Along the way I have built quality relationships with all levels of staff, from graduates to Board members, acting as a trusted advisor, leader and partner to those I work with.

Building on over 20 years of work in the world of people strategy & leadership, I now use my experience to offer individuals and businesses innovative HR leadership and solutions on a consultancy basis.  

My approach is commercial and adaptable. I work with small businesses seeking to mitigate employment law risk whilst growing a people-centric organisational culture. I work for larger businesses to complement their HR team by providing independent workplace dispute resolution & mediation, grievance & disciplinary investigations, 1:1 and Team Coaching and Manager Workshops to give front line managers and business leaders the tools they need to navigate the challenges of people leadership.
